Do you like to stroll through a Maditerranean garden? Then you can do so extensively in the 18-hectare courtyard garden of the Ansbach Residence. It is freely accessible and beautifully planted. The palace-like Orangerie was built in 1726 and stands in the centre of the garden. On the square in front of the orangery, lemon, olive and fig trees as well as numerous other Mediterranean plants blossom in summer. Next to it, you can stroll through a beautifully laid out medicinal herb garden.
