Do you like visiting historical churches? St. Gumbertus is one of the central churches in the center of Ansbach, along with the neighboring church St. Johannis. It can be easily integrated into a sightseeing tour of the city. The three-tower facade of the Lutheran parish church dominates the image of the city. Its origins go back very far. As early as 748, monks used an early medieval monastery church on the same site. Then around the year 1040 the first stone church was built here.
