Here you can linger on the steps with a Kölsch or stroll along the promenade with a view of Cologne’s landmark – the cathedral. The Rhine boulevard on the “Schäl Sick”, as the right side of the Rhine is called in Kölsch, is centrally located and easy to reach. If you are on foot, it is best to take the path from the cathedral over the Hohenzollern Bridge with its countless love locks. You can also get to this beautiful place quickly by train from Deutz station in just 500 metres.
