Kirchentellinsfurt quarry pond

The lake near Kirchentellinsfurt is an approx. 1.2 km long and up to 250 m wide quarry pond. If you walk from the car park to the lake, you cross a large meadow that is mown in summer and offers numerous opportunities to lie down. If you want to be more to yourself, you will also find secluded corners around the lake. The lake is very clean and very natural on all sides. It offers swimming opportunities without any barriers and without much management.
