The Bischofsplatz Limburg is a historic square in the old town of Limburg an der Lahn. It is located directly next to the city church and is presumably associated with its construction. Today, the Bischofsplatz Limburg is one of the most well-known and distinctive squares in the old town.

The square is surrounded by modern and late medieval buildings as well as half-timbered houses that emphasize the historic ambiance. A particular highlight is the Haus Byron (Bischofsplatz 9), a listed half-timbered house that stands on a plot of only 18 square meters. However, its box bay window and high curved gable make it appear significantly larger.

Today, the Bischofsplatz Limburg is not only a place of historical significance but also a lively meeting point for locals and visitors. Numerous cafés and restaurants invite you to linger and offer regional specialties. The central location of the square makes it an ideal starting point for exploring the old town of Limburg
