The International Street Music Festival and the Magic of Lights with large musical fireworks display also regularly attract many spectators to the beautiful garden and park landscape at the Residential Palace. The Monrepos moated castle in Ludwigsburg is also definitely worth a visit. The picturesque lakeside palace is not only a popular venue for weddings and events such as the Ludwigsburg Palace Festival’s classical open air with light shows and fireworks. Day trippers also like to come here for a walk or to take a trip on the lake in a pedalo or rowing boat.
