Cultural monument and venue

Achberg Castle in the Ravensburg district is considered a valuable cultural monument due to its medieval history and ornate Baroque design. The castle got its name from the former fortified castle and the later Deutschorden Achberg. Today, Achberg Castle serves as a venue for exhibitions and concerts as well as other cultural events. In addition, there is the possibility to get married in a civil ceremony in the magnificent Knights’ Hall. Rooms for weddings, conferences or business meetings are also offered in the historic castle complex. The easy accessibility from the Allgäu and Lake Constance makes Schloss Achberg very attractive as an event location. Hikers and outdoor sports enthusiasts also appreciate Schloss Achberg as a starting point for their adventures.
