5,000 steps to the finish

Picturesque alleys, a dreamlike view and, above all, a lot of steps – all this is offered by the extraordinary Treppenviertel in Hamburg’s Blankenese district. The area extends around the 72-metre-high Süllberg and connects the “Strandweg” with the street “Am Kiekeberg” via a total of 5,000 steps. On this unique tour you can experience Hamburg in a completely different way and after the arduous climb you will be rewarded with a spectacular view of the Elbe and the passing ships. If you need a break in between, you can relax in one of the many small pubs and cafés and fortify yourself with a delicious snack.
