Where the farmers and fishermen of the village used to meet, the Scharbeutz lakeside promenade is now the promenade of the seaside resort. When designing the promenade, which also leads to the pier, great attention was paid to sustainability, flood protection and compatibility with the unspoilt nature. You can stroll along the promenade, enjoy the view of the Baltic Sea and the beach or stroll through the many small shops. The numerous cafés, restaurants or bars invite you to take a short break. Cyclists and skaters are also regularly on the Scharbeutz promenade. The latter usually head for the skate park at Sailing Point.
